1. What does Shams Real Estate does? How does it work?
      Shams Real Estate is the premier Property Listing Service in Dubai. It is a Free Property Listing Service. You can search the properties listed in the Portal and you can list your properties in the portal. The portal allows you to search a property in UAE through quering an Interative Map. You can add a property and mark the map location of the property using the tools provided in the portal.

2. Why Sign up? Is it a free service?
For listing a property in Shams Real Estate, you should be a member of Shams Real Estate. The membership in Shams Real Estate is absolutely free. Click on the link for Sign Up in the home page, then you will be given a form which contains your personal information. Your Email address is used as the Username in the Portal. So please provide a Valid Email in the email field. You have to fill up all the fields in the form which are mandatory. When you click on Register, if the email is valid and not registred on the portal before, you will be prompted to login.

3. Will I be charge commission if I sell my property through Shams Real Estate?
Shams Real Estate does not charge any Commision or Fee from its members.

4 . How do I search for properties for sale or for rent? Shams Real Estate offers two types of search. You can search by filling your search criteria like city, price range etc in the columns provided in Home page. Again, you can search a property of your interest directly from the map. For searching in the map, click on the click here to search From Map in the Home Page.

5 . Will I receive email notifications? from Shams Real Estate?For receiving email notifications and Feature articles from Shams Real Estate, just add your Email address in the Email List column provided in home page

6. How often is the property on Shams Real Estate updated?
Shams Real Estate updates the property very frequently, so that you will be getting an updated information about the listings.

7. How can I express an interest in buying a property in Shams Real Estate?
If you are interested in any of the properties listed in the Portal, you can just click on the link Contact Agent. You can send an email to the concerned agent with your details. Shams Real Estate will process your request and will be get back to you.

8 . How long will my property stay on the site?
Your property will stay on the Portal for 180 days. After that, if it is not yet sold or rented,you should confirm the status of your listed property

9 . Can I sell my property without a real estate agent using Shams Real Estate?
Yes, you are free to sell your property while it is listed in the Portal, but when it is sole or rented, you should change the status of your property

10. How do I register as a member of Shams Real Estate?
The Registration is free in the Portal. You need to click on the Sign Up link in the Home page, and fill up your contact information. The portal uses your Email address as the login username. You should provide a password to login to the Portal

11. Can I edit or delete my property which is already listed?
You can edit or delete your property details whenever required, For that you can log on to the portal using the email and password, and you can select the actions from the dropdown list provided on your profile page.

12. Can I upload photos and files about my property?
Yes, you can upload photos and files regarding your property to the portal. It will be displayed in the portal along with your property

13. How can I change my account Password and Contact Information?
You can change your password and contact information by clicking on the Edit my Profile link provided on your page.

14. How do I retrieve forgot passwords?
If you forgot your password, you can click on the Forgot Password link in the login page. You should provide the valid Email address which has been registred in the Portal. If the email exists in the Portal database, then the Password is sent to you via email.
